During the recent economic slowdown, Vihar Hospitality achieved an exceedingly high occupancy % across all its resort and restaurants with a healthy average room rate and a good mix of leisure and corporate travelers. Today Vihar Hospitality is one of the fastest growing business and boutique hotels & spa chains in Visakhapatnam which is undoubtedly the most sought after tourist destination.
There was no big magic behind this success but the simple truth of believing in our Mission statement and delivering “Affordable Excellence”. The team across all levels believes that every guest who walks in should receive absolute value for money be it in house guests or those who visit our renowned restaurants, bars and spas. This personalized approach has not only helped us retain our valuable guests but also increased our repeat clientele percentage across all our properties.
